The Mackie Academy Parent Council AGM took place on Tuesday, 1st September 2026 at 19.00 in the library at Mackie Academy.

At the meeting Susan Purvis was voted in as the new chair of the Parent Council.  We welcome Susan into this role and take this opportunity to thank both Mandy Tulloch and Jacqui Hutchison for their time and efforts as Chair and Vice Chair over the past two years.  It is very much appreciated.

The agenda for the AGM allows you to see what was discussed and the importance of parent involvement in the success of the school.  The note of last year's AGM can be found here and the note from this AGM will be available after the next Parent Council meeting.

There are six meetings throughout the year, each lasting two hours from 19.00 to 21.00.

Tuesday, 19th January 2027: Microsoft Teams

Wednesday, 17th March 2027: Microsoft Teams

Wednesday, 12th May 2027: in person in G3

Tuesday, 15th June 2027: in person in G3
