Meeting dates and times

Our meetings in 2025-26 are proposed as:

Wednesday, 1st October 2025 – in person in G3

Tuesday, 11th November 2025 – Microsoft Teams

Wednesday, 14th January 2026 – Microsoft Teams

Tuesday, 17th March 2026 – Microsoft Teams

Wednesday, 13th May 2026 – in person in G3

Tuesday, 23rd June 2026 – in person in G3

During the winter months we hold our meetings online and from April to October we gather in room G3 at Mackie Academy.  

All meetings take place from 19.00  -21.00.

In addition to our six meetings every year we also hold our AGM in September every year.  This year the AGM takes place in the library at 19.00 on Tuesday, 9th September 2025.  Any member of our parent body is welcome at the AGM.

Anyone who wishes to join a Parent Council meeting as an observer is more than welcome by contacting the Parent Council chair in advance on mackiepc@hotmail.co.uk.
